TERMS OF SERVICE

This website and online store are operated under the Qoplur brand by Flow Global Trade Inc (“Qoplur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of qoplur.com and any purchase made through the site. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape or misuse site content; or violate any applicable law or third-party right.

2. ONLINE STORE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, packaging, colors, images, ingredient information, serving directions, availability, and prices accurately. Displays may vary by device, and packaging or product details may be updated from time to time. Always review the physical product label before use. If information on the site conflicts with the label on the product you receive, contact us before use.

Qoplur products are pet wellness supplements for canine use only. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and is not veterinary advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, has a medical condition, or experiences an adverse reaction. Follow label directions and keep products out of reach of children and animals.

3. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND AVAILABILITY

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing an order. After an order enters fulfillment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact support@qoplur.com promptly with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In-stock U.S. orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND QUALITY CONCERNS

Eligible unopened, unused products with the original seal intact may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Refund Policy. Opened or used pet supplements are not eligible for ordinary returns for safety and hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or reasonably disputed products will be reviewed individually, including when opened. Do not send a product back without prior authorization. Approved returns will receive return instructions and the applicable return address.

For a suspected quality issue, provide your order number, product photos, lot number, expiration date, and a description of the issue. Report a suspected adverse reaction promptly, discontinue use, and contact a veterinarian when appropriate. Returned opened products are never restocked for resale.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content—including the Qoplur name, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, page designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Flow Global Trade Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

9. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, shipping, or other services. Third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

11. DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Global Trade Inc, Qoplur, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Global Trade Inc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked above constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the site and purchases, except for any separate written agreement between you and us.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
